I have been complacent lately, even before my bout with the plague. I have not worked out too hard (with the exception of the almost full week I was out of work). Today, this Monday I am starting over, again.
This morning I worked out using the level 2 of The 30 Day Shred DVD. I was saddened by my lack of strength; I had to work harder at it than I have in the past. Now let me be clear, 2 and a half years ago, I would be dead and I am not sore now. The goal is not far reaching, I will eat a lunch each day this week AND workout 4-5 times this week. After this week, I will set a simple, small 2 week goal.
I am working on getting an actual habit built back in again.
