So I just got back from my free consultation and I am excited for myself. I have come so far I only wish I had the numbers from a hundred pounds ago.
I think I will call Dan up and sign up for at least 3 sessions, I think it is worth the money and the boost to my results.
The mini lectures (not really lectures he was way too nice for that) were to start strength training, take a multi-vitamin, even if it means buying liquid so I don't get nauseous, and try to balance my workouts more.
Numbers are forth coming but with out a starting base a hundred pounds ago they are less than impressive.
