Kicking my own ass!

A group of wonderful people are engaging in a little friendly competiton to see who can lose the most weight in 14 weeks. My internet support groups are awesome. So I need to be specific with my goals.

This week, just this 7 days I will...

Go to the gym every week day, period.
I will drink 8 glasses of water a day.
I will eat more fruit and veggies.
I will always keep in my mind WHY I do this.
